I can confirm that as I am everyday impressed by my colleagues at NeuraFlash India but also by observing the demographics of both LinkedIn audience and the people I follow: Greater Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Delhi areas are in the top locations. And the vast majority are senior devs/architects.
