Whisper WebGPU is a smaller neural net app that can be downloaded to the browser to record and transcribe your audio conversations. It doesn't need to submit the data anywhere, all processing is done in browser and free.
Whisper has been released as open-source by OpenAI a few months ago and there are now a number of little apps to help record and transcribe using that neural net with higher accuracy on English speech recognition.
That accuracy will of course depend on the size of the neural net you use. The neural net that fits in the browser is small and that is why I got the repeating "All right".
