Heroku had a nice free tier to develop and test our web applications in Node, Ruby, Python with an optional PostgreSQL database but that free tier is gone. 🥺😢😭😞
💰 Heroku now has hobby dynos for $7/month, but many are not able to afford or justify that expense. 💸
