FAQ about performance testing in Salesforce
You can contact Support and request an LAP (Limit, Activation, Permissions) process for testing at 120 RPS (Requests Per Second) or below.
For above 120 RPS you can contact your AE to get an add-on to the option Scale Test in Setup .
Performance testing may force you to confront technical debt that might have been hidden during feature development and resulted from architectural decisions made months or years ago.
A slow page load could be due to tight coupling, inefficient data models, or missing indexes.
