Brian Moore has created a page that shows clocks generated via AI: GPT 3.5, 4o, 5, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen, etc.
Every minute it submits the following prompt to each of the AI services:
"Create HTML/CSS of an analog clock showing ${time}. Include numbers (or numerals) if you wish, and have a CSS animated second hand. Make it responsive and use a white background. Return ONLY the HTML/CSS code with no markdown formatting."
You can see how it is a hit and miss.
When I've checked, in one minute, GPT 5 created an almost perfect clock, but the next generated clock was terrible.
