Interesting findings and reminders:
🤔 Dev orgs behave vastly different compared to Sandbox and Production
👉🏼 Emails sent via Email Composer don't count against limits.
🤷🏽 Flow emails always count.
💡 Emails sent via Apex only count against limits when not using specific recipient IDs (that is, when not using setTargetObjectId() ).
