A Salesforce developer went to see his doctor about a serious delay in output processing of his digestive system.
After hearing the details, the doctor nodded.
"I’ll prescribe a laxative," he said - then turned to his computer, logged into Salesforce Health Cloud, and launched a screen flow wizard.
The dev squinted. "Wait… is that... Salesforce?"
The doctor nodded. "Of course. I vibe-coded my way into Health Cloud last month."
The dev leaned forward, impressed. "You built your own patient screen flow with AI?"
"Yup," said the doctor. "First, ChatGPT helped me get access to a Health Cloud Dev Org..."
The dev blinked. "Wait… is he using a Dev Org for production healthcare?" he thought. "That must be against the licensing!"
But curiosity won - he stayed quiet and let the doctor continue.
"... then I asked Agentforce Vibes to generate the flow, and the Apex action with dosage logic."
While they talked, the doctor clicked through the screens methodically.
"Transportation method?"
"Car."
"Home address?"
"Floor?"
"Number of stairs? Average key-finding latency? Bathroom proximity index?"
The doctor entered every answer, selecting picklists and typing input fields like filling a loan application.
Finally, he clicked "Run Apex Action".
"It calls Google Maps API for traffic," the doctor explained, "checks FDA feeds, and uses Prompt Builder with action calls to validate the results with contextual reasoning."
The dev whistled. "You even have data integrations?"
The doctor smirked. "Of course. I got all orchestrated with the external services mapped via named credentials and custom metadata for parameters. ChatGPT and Agentforce Vibes explained everything to me!"
The flow completed. A precise number appeared on screen: 37.4 ml.
"Take this dose right now," said the doctor. "Go straight home. Call me afterward with the results."
An hour later, the doctor’s phone rang.
"Doc," groaned the dev, "the laxative worked perfectly - but I found an issue."
"Oh?"
"Yeah. Agentforce Vibes should have configured a Custom Metadata field - Time_Required_To_Pull_Pants_Down__c."
Silence.
The dev sighed. "Now I have to clean tech debt at home too!"
