A fake recruiter tried to connect with me today using a fake profile with someone else's picture (Google Images helps a lot and the linked article below mentions TinEye.com).
I've reported it to LinkedIn and let the victim know that someone was using her photo.
It is only an annoyance to me but imagine how disgusting it must be for the identity theft victim.
